Abstract

Schools that become student incubators in facing the world of society are required to be able to print quality and excellence that have a competitive spirit because schools have clear goals and also have clear plans with a curriculum. he entered adulthood. this determination makes a lot of doubts in determining the future this is based on the fact that there are still many students who find it difficult to determine their own abilities such as hobbies and abilities because adolescence is a period when students become unstable and do not understand their limits. This research uses quantitative methods which research is carried out directly in the field or where the school is located. This study aims to determine the relationship between career maturity and decision-making ability for advanced studies at SMAN 1 Panggul. Self-control is a view of the actions taken. Therefore, special attention is needed on self-control, especially for students. Therefore, we have a duty and obligation to help students realize this, to help students realize self-control as teachers who direct and lead themselves, especially in the context of school and education
