Menganalisis Peranan Partai Politik dalam Proses Demokrasi di Negara Indonesia

Abstract
Indonesia is a developing country. A certain characteristic of a developing country is carrying out development in all fields, such as education, law, politics, economics, each of which has goals and objectives. A democratic country in its continuity as a country that respects the rights and obligations of its citizens and that provides opportunities for its people to participate in the political field, will make real changes for the better in all fields, namely through succession. democracy and the placement of people's representatives to sit in government, both in the executive as a political position and in legislative institutions produced through general elections. The role of political parties is very influential on the condition and future of the nation, because the results of these elections will produce new leadership, which is chosen through general elections. Therefore, political parties play a very important role in parliament or legislative institutions which together with the executive institution will determine the direction and goals of a country. In this context, it discusses the role of political parties in democracy in Indonesia. The method used in this article is based on analysis from a literature review with a descriptive model supported by relevant books and journals. The aim of this study is that with this research, it is hoped that each political party will bring their vision, mission and idealism to attract people's sympathy, in this way it is hoped that they will receive a lot of support from the people.
