Pentingnya Memahami Kondisi Kontrol Diri Siswa Pembolos

Truancy is still a common problem among high school students and can have a negative impact on students' academic, social, and personal development. One of the internal factors that plays an important role in the emergence of this behavior is self-control. Self-control is an individual's ability to regulate impulses, control emotions, and make responsible decisions when facing pressure or challenging situations. This article aims to discuss the relationship between self-control and students' truancy behavior. By understanding aspects of self-control such as behavioral control, cognitive control, and decision control, it is hoped that students will be able to recognize their abilities in dealing with situations that encourage the desire to skip school. This article also provides an overview of how strengthening self-control can be used as a strategy to prevent truancy and shape students' characters to be more disciplined, responsible, and able to face challenges in school life.
