The low science learning outcomes of Grade IV students at SDN Jati Tarokan on force material served as the background of this study. Only 14 out of 32 students (43.75%) achieved the Learning Objective Attainment Criteria (KKTP), with a class average score of 50.90, far below the established KKTP threshold of 70. Learning was still dominated by the lecture method, causing students to be passive and having difficulty understanding abstract force concepts. This study aims to develop and test the feasibility of STEM-based interactive multimedia on force material for Grade IV students at SDN Jati Tarokan in terms of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The method used was Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model, encompassing five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Research instruments consisted of media expert and content expert validation sheets, teacher response questionnaires using a Likert scale, student response questionnaires using a Yes/No scale, and 10-item multiple-choice evaluation questions. Research subjects were 32 Grade IV students at SDN Jati Tarokan. The results showed that the developed STEM-based interactive multimedia met the very valid criteria with a content expert validation percentage of 82% and media expert 80%, yielding an average validity of 81%. The practicality aspect obtained a teacher response of 98% and student response of 100%, both in the very practical category. The effectiveness test showed an effectiveness percentage of 97.27% with Classical Learning Completeness (KBK) reaching 100%, thus falling into the very effective category. Based on these results, the STEM-based interactive multimedia on force material for Grade IV students at SDN Jati Tarokan is declared valid, practical, and effective, making it suitable for use as a science learning medium in elementary school.
