This article examines the development of students' social skills through group
guidance services, a structured platform that encourages constructive
interpersonal interactions. Through group guidance, students have the opportunity
to practice communication, empathy, cooperation, and self-control through
discussions, role-playing, sharing experiences, and collective problem-solving.
Guidance and Counseling teachers play a crucial role in managing group
dynamics so that interactive experiences result in positive behavioral changes.
The results of this study indicate that group guidance contributes significantly to
strengthening social skills and improving the quality of peer relationships.
