Abstract

This research studies educational problems in Indonesia, which links the responsibilities and competencies of counseling as a profession. The purpose of writing this article is to find out how the Indonesian education system and the involvement of the responsibilities and competencies of guidance and counseling in supporting the success of education in Indonesia. The result of the literature review is that qualified responsibilities and competencies are one of the most influential things in supporting the success of education in Indonesia.
