This article examines the effectiveness of Solution-Focused Brief Counseling. (SFBC) in increasing the learning motivation of high school students who are distracted by romantic relationships. High motivation to study is very important for academic achievement, but the interest in love among teenagers is often a significant distraction that causes a decrease in focus, study time, and overall motivation. Therefore, the aim of this study is to prove that SFBC can increase the learning motivation of students who are distracted by love. This research uses a literature study method, analyzing national journals and articles relevant to the research topic, which are obtained from Google Scholar using documentation techniques. Results from various studies consistently show that SFBC is effective in significantly increasing students’ learning motivation, self-control, and academic self-concept. SFBC, as a future-oriented model, helps students manage internal conflicts between emotions and academic responsibilities. This shows that SFBC is an appropriate intervention for BK teachers to restore academic focus and stabilize student motivation.
