The rapid development of digital technology has significantly influenced the psychological well-being of Generation Z, particularly in relation to self-love and insecurity. Intensive exposure to social media often encourages negative self-comparisons, leading to decreased self-acceptance and emotional vulnerability. This article aims to examine the application of Solution-Focused Brief Counseling (SFBC) in optimizing self-love among Generation Z through a literature review approach. The study analyzes various national and international research articles, books, and scientific publications related to insecurity, self-love, and SFBC interventions. The findings indicate that SFBC is an effective counseling approach in strengthening self-love, as it emphasizes individual strengths, future-oriented solutions, and positive experiences rather than focusing on problems. Techniques such as miracle questions, scaling questions, and exception-finding questions help individuals recognize their potential, enhance self-acceptance, and reduce feelings of insecurity. Overall, the literature review suggests that SFBC is a practical and relevant counseling approach for supporting Generation Z in developing healthier self-perceptions and adaptive coping strategies in facing psychosocial challenges.
