Abstract

The current era of disruption, marked by rapid digitalization, automation, and pervasive uncertainty, presents significant challenges for Generation Z students as they plan and develop their future careers. These circumstances contribute to heightened career anxiety, increased uncertainty about the future, and greater demands for adaptability. As a result, career resilience emerges as an essential competency. This article conceptually examines the urgency and significance of career resilience for Generation Z students. The findings suggest that career resilience is vital for managing academic pressures, facilitating the transition from education to employment, and supporting psychological well-being amid ongoing uncertainty.
