Analisis Teori Karier Donald Super dan Implikasinya dalam Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling
Main Article Content
Abstract
Donald Super's career development theory emphasizes that career development is a lifelong process involving an individual's evolving self-concept. Through the concepts of life-span and life-space, this theory divides career development into five stages: growth, exploration, establishment, maintenance, and disengagement. Each stage reflects the unique dynamics in an individual's career journey. The implications of this theory in guidance and counseling services are significant, as it helps individuals understand their life roles, recognize their potential, and make career decisions aligned with their needs and aspirations. With this approach, guidance services not only assist in career selection but also support holistic self-development.
