Abstract
Bullying is when a person or group abuses their power or authority. Education is a conscious, planned, programmed and ongoing effort to help students improve their abilities in terms of psychomotor, affective and cognitive aspects. Bullying behavior is a form of violence and aggression among students at school. Bullying can come from peers, seniors or upperclassmen, and even teachers and school staff themselves. The role of the guidance counselor/counselor is expected to be able to provide guidance and solutions for students involved in bullying by optimizing the types of services students need. The aim is that bullying can be minimized in the school environment and students can adopt positive behavior so that they avoid bullying.
