Hubungan Keterampilan Komunikasi Interpersonal Terhadap Sikap Toleransi

Abstract

Interpersonal intelligence is a person's ability and skills to create, build and maintain relationships and deal with other people or the environment in an effective way. Interpersonal communication skills in establishing social interactions have an important role for adolescents. Good relationships are created from positive behaviors that increase relations between people, such as tolerance and cooperation. Intolerance behavior inherent in adolescence causes bad friendships. Without good cooperation, it is also not based on the fabric of interpersonal communication. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between interpersonal skills (X) with tolerance and cooperative attitudes (Y) in MAN 5 Kediri students. This research is a correlational quantitative research. This research sample with the number of 115 students. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a relationship between interpersonal communication skills and attitudes of tolerance and cooperation in MAN 5 Kediri students
