Mental health among adolescents has become an important concern in the digital era due to
increasing exposure to social media, academic pressure, cyberbullying, and excessive use of
digital technology. This study aims to examine the implementation of group guidance as an
effort to improve adolescents' mental health. The research employed a qualitative approach
with a library research (literature study) design. Data were collected through documentation
study, namely by identifying, selecting, reading, and reviewing scientific literature relevant to
the topic. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction,
data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that group guidance provides a
positive impact on adolescents' mental health by increasing self-awareness, emotional
regulation, communication skills, social support, and problem-solving abilities. In addition,
group guidance creates a safe environment for students to share experiences and strengthen
resilience in facing challenges in the digital era. Therefore, group guidance is considered an
effective preventive and developmental service to support adolescents' mental well-being.
