Implementasi Model Pembelajaran Auditition Intellectually Repetition (Air) untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas X SMK PGRI 3 Kota Kediri

This study aims to enhance students' learning motivation in the Basic Accounting Equation material through the implementation of the Auditory, Intellectually, Repetition (AIR) learning model. The research was conducted as a Classroom Action Research (CAR) carried out in two cycles with students of grade X at SMK PGRI 3 Kota Kediri. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. Data collection instruments included observation, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The results show that applying the AIR learning model successfully improved students’ learning motivation, indicated by the increase in students’ activeness, attention, and participation during the learning process. These findings suggest that the AIR learning model can be used as an alternative teaching strategy to boost students’ motivation in accounting subjects.
