Strategi dan Praktik Pelibatan Orang Tua pada Program Pendidikan di PKBM LISA Kota Kediri

This study aims to describe the implementation of the parental involvement program at PKBM LISA as an effort to support children's educational success. This research used a descriptive qualitative method with two teachers and two parents as subjects, and data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that parental involvement was realized through activities such as educational movie watching, art performances, and parenting meetings. These activities serve as effective media for parents and tutors to guide children, monitor their development, and instill positive values such as honesty and self-confidence. Intensive communication between parents and tutors occurred during each activity, which positively impacted children's development. The study concludes that active parental involvement in activities at PKBM LISA has proven to create synergy that supports the optimization of children's potential, making the parental involvement program at PKBM LISA worth maintaining and enhancing
