Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of the researcher's observations and experience, that the cultivation of religious and moral values ​​requires a method that is appropriate to the stages of early childhood development. The problem of this research is how to instill religious and moral values ​​in early childhood through the group A storytelling method at Dharma Wanita Dandangan Kindergarten.

This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, once the conclusions are found they will be explained by combining relevant theoretical studies. The research results that have been obtained in instilling religious and moral values ​​in early childhood through the storytelling method at Dharma Wanita Dandangan Kindergarten include: 1) planning to instill religious and moral values ​​in children through the storytelling method, namely preparing learning plans, determining story themes, media used 2) implementation, the teacher applies the storytelling learning method to instill religious and moral values ​​by including positive values ​​in the story. 3) evaluation, the obstacles experienced in instilling religious and moral values ​​in children through the storytelling method
