Ethnic diversity in the school environment is an unavoidable social reality in the modern education system. Students with different cultural, linguistic, and value backgrounds interact daily, making the quality of their relationships a crucial factor in determining their successful social adaptation and psychological development. This article aims to examine the role of a multicultural counseling approach in strengthening healthy relationships among multiethnic students in schools. The method used is a literature review of various studies and scientific publications from the past five years relevant to multicultural counseling, student social relationships, and inclusive school climates. The results of the study indicate that multicultural counseling contributes significantly to increasing cross-cultural understanding, reducing social prejudice, and encouraging the formation of healthy and harmonious relationships among students. This article is expected to serve as a conceptual and practical reference for school counselors in designing guidance and counseling services that are responsive to cultural diversity.
