Abstract

Education at school is indeed prepared to continue at a higher level but mostly because of one reason or another that cannot be avoided which makes students forced to choose work, many cases in choosing a field of work that is not suitable for interests and talents but is chosen because of the large social influence that exists, it creates dissatisfaction with the results of his work, does not feel love for his duties and work performance decreases. This means that career choice needs to be considered. Therefore, professional maturity becomes very fatal for everyone's career development, in order to achieve maximum professional success according to the level of development of each individual in accordance with developmental tasks, in this case one of the individuals who can provide professional education is training through career information services in schools. This research uses an R&D (Research and Development) approach or research and development that produces a product. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of developing career card products as career information service media. The results of validation from media experts obtained a percentage of 82% with the criteria “Feasible”, and the results of material expert validation obtained a percentage of 85% with the criteria “Feasible”. So it can be concluded that the career card as a career information service media meets the eligibility criteria for use.
