Pengaruh Terapi Menulis Ekspresif Terhadap Kecemasan Korban Bullying di SMK Kesehatan Kaltara Tarakan

Abstract
Adolescence is a process of self-discovery, where adolescents interact a lot with the social environment and school. However, school can be an environment that causes emotions and aggressive behavior so that bullying occurs. Bullying can be in the form of physical or verbal violence. Victims of bullying behavior will experience anxiety disorders and be hampered in socializing with the surrounding environment. Anxiety disorders that occur in adolescent victims of bullying can continue into adulthood and cause a decrease in the quality of life. Therefore this study aims to see if there is an effect of the Expressive Writing Therapy method on the Anxiety of Bullying Victims at SMK Kesehatan Kaltara Tarakan City. The type of research used is a quantitative approach with the Pre-Experiment Design method with the type of One-Group Pretest-Postest Design. The sample in this study came from the Pharmacy department as many as 22 students and from the Nursing department as many as 35 students, so the total sample amounted to 57 students. Based on the results of this study, it was found that the Pretest score was 961 and then dropped to 629 after the Postest by the researcher. So, the results show that Expressive Writing Therapy is effective in reducing anxiety that occurs to victims of bullying.
