The motivation performance of teachers and education personnel creates uncomfortable conditions in providing services to students. Barriers to motivation performance are caused by work conditions, infrastructure, and facilities. The purpose of this community service is to understand, have attitudes, thoughts, and feelings in increasing motivation performance through training. The target of this activity is teachers and education personnel of SMK Penerbangan Sidoarjo. The community service method used is a participatory action research strategy with five stages including inform, consult, involve, collaborate, and empower. The results of community service activities during training for teachers and education personnel are motivated in their performance through understanding, attitudes, thoughts, and feelings.
