Abstract

The era of disruption is a major and fundamental change that occurs in every line of line. The changes in that era were more like a volcanic explosion that destroyed the old ecosystem and replaced it with a completely different new ecosystem. Gusjigang (bagus, ngaji, dagang) is the philosophy of life taught by Sunan Kudus which contains a good meaning in behavior that is visible from the character, identity, social and meaning of the ngaji as a learning activity and the meaning of trade as a job. The existence of the Gusjigang philosophy can be the answer in the current era of disruption of life
