Abstract

Fisha Bibit merupakan UMKM yang menjual bibit, benih, kompos tanaman. Pemasaran dan penjualan menggunakan media website dan marketplace facebook kurang optimal. Media promosi yang dapat digunakan oleh UMKM dalam melakukan pemasaran dan penjualan menggunakan aplikasi E- Commerce. Sebelum membuat aplikasi yang akan membantu operasi bisnis, diperlukan versi awal, yaitu prototype UI/UX. Dalam pembuatan prototype akan menggunakan pendekatan design thinking dengan bantuan aplikasi figma. Pada tahap pengujian aplikasi menggunakan daftar kuesioner SUS. Diperoleh hasil pengujian menggunakan teknik pengujian system usability scale yaitu aceeptability rages dengan kategori acceptable, grade scale dengan nilai A, dan adjective rating dengan kategori excellent.
