Analisis Korelasi Minat Belajar terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif Biologi melalui Penerapan Project-Based Learning Berbantuan Aplikasi Kalkulator Hijau

Creative thinking ability is a crucial 21st-century skill encompassing
fluency in generating ideas, flexibility in using various approaches,
and originality in producing innovative solutions. This study aims to
analyze the relationship between learning interest and students’
creative thinking ability in biology through the implementation of a
Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model integrated with the Green
Calculator application on climate change topics. This quantitative
research employed a correlational design involving 60 students
from classes X-5 and X-6 at SMA Negeri 3 Jember. Data were
collected through a learning interest questionnaire and a creative
thinking ability test, then analyzed using correlation and simple
linear regression tests. The results indicated a significant
relationship between learning interest and creative thinking ability
(p = 0.000), with learning interest contributing 99.5% to creative
thinking, while other factors accounted for 0.5%. These findings
suggest that enhancing students’ learning interest through
technology-integrated PjBL can effectively foster their creative
thinking in addressing contextual biological issues such as climate
change
