Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko konsumen dalam ekosistem layanan FinTech di Indonesia serta urgensi penguatan literasi keuangan digital sebagai mekanisme perlindungan. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif berbasis studi literatur dan analisis dokumen, penelitian ini memetakan tiga jenis risiko utama: risiko perilaku, risiko digital, dan risiko regulasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya literasi keuangan digital memperparah dampak bias kognitif, manipulasi algoritma, serta ketimpangan perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen. Dengan mengintegrasikan teori Behavioral Finance, Asymmetric Information, dan Protection Motivation Theory, penelitian ini menawarkan pendekatan konseptual baru terhadap literasi sebagai bentuk self-defense digital. Kebaruan studi ini terletak pada identifikasi segmentasi risiko dan desain literasi berbasis nilai etika serta konteks sosial yang belum banyak dibahas dalam riset sebelumnya. Temuan ini merekomendasikan kebijakan literasi adaptif dan regulasi responsif untuk memperkuat posisi konsumen di era keuangan digital.
