Media E-Comic Strip Pada Materi Teks Narasi Siswa

This study aims to develop e-comic strip media as teaching materials for narrative text material in Elementary Schools. The background of this study focuses on the low interest in reading and understanding of students towards narrative texts which hinders the achievement of Indonesian language learning objectives. E-comic strip media was chosen because it is able to present stories visually and attractively through a series of images and short narratives that are in accordance with the structure of the narrative text. The development method was carried out through stages of expert validation, practicality tests by teachers and students, and effectiveness tests based on student learning outcomes. The results of the study showed that the media developed were declared valid, practical, and effective for use in learning. The use of e-comic strips has been proven to increase students' learning motivation and understanding of the contents of the text. Thus, this media can be an innovative solution in supporting a learning process that is fun, interactive, and relevant to the development of current educational technology.
