Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore teachers' perceptions of the role of MGBK as a form of support for the instructional delivery system in secondary schools across Purbalingga District. This research is a systematic and deliberate effort to find a solution to a phenomenon problem that researchers have identified. Therefore, the research design used by researchers is the research design. The subjects of this study were all the counseling teachers registered as members of the MGBK organization at the junior high school level, a total of 60 counselor.Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used by researchers is descriptive analysis, which aims to describe the study population on the basis of data from the sample, and hypotheses are not required for this research study, so it was intended for hypothesis testing. Not a thing. SPSS 19 was used for data analysis.Based on the results of the study, we found that the majority of 60 counselor had a positive perception of his MGBK Purbalinga district. The three aspects involved in system support are categorized as Neutral for Professional Development, Neutral for Program Management, and Very Positive for Research and Development. These results were obtained from analysis results of questionnaires distributed to career guidance counselors registered as members of MGBK at the junior high school level. The conclusion of this study is that teacher perceptions of the MGBK's role as a form of support for the instructional delivery system in public secondary schools are positive across the district. However, there is a neutral perception when it comes to professional development and program management. Therefore, it would be great if the Purbalingga district MGBK leadership could improve the program in terms of professional development and program managemen.
