Pancasila, as the foundation of the state, national ideology, and philosophy of the Indonesian nation, plays a fundamental role in maintaining unity amidst ethnic, cultural, religious, and linguistic diversity. This article discusses the function of Pancasila as a unifying force for diversity by examining the values contained in its five principles and their relevance to the dynamics of national and state life. Through a descriptive-analytical approach, this article demonstrates that Pancasila is not only an ethical and moral guideline but also an integrative instrument capable of minimizing the potential for social conflict. The values of Divinity, Humanity, Unity, Democracy, and Justice serve as the foundation for building social harmony, tolerance, and solidarity among citizens. The discussion confirms that strengthening the understanding and consistent implementation of Pancasila in various sectors of life is key to maintaining social cohesion and strengthening national identity in the modern era.
