Survai Motivasi Belajar pada Siswa Kelas XI Desain Produksi 2 SMK Negeri di Kota Kediri

Abstract
This study aims to discuss student learning motivation, especially in class XI Production Design 2 State Vocational Schools in the city of kediri. Learning motivation is an important factor that influences student involvement in the learning process. However, there are still many students who lack a high learning spirit, both in general and practical subjects, which is reflected in boredom and laziness during the learning process. This decrease in motivation indicates a lack of active student involvement in the classroom. This study used a survey method to collect primary data from respondents through questionnaires and interviews. The subjects of this study were 11th grade vocational students with a sample of 31 students to analyze the influence of environment, belief in success, and tenacity in trying on student learning motivation. Data collection was conducted using a Likert scale. The survey results show that the influence of environment on students' learning motivation is
quite good (45%), but students' belief in success is poor (60%), and students' tenacity in trying is quite good (47%).
