Abstract
Generation Z, born between the mid-1990s and early 2010s, grew up in a digital era with advances in information technology and media globalization influencing the way they learn and communicate. As “digital natives,” they have a mindset influenced by technology, which opens up new opportunities in education, but also presents challenges in increasing their learning interest. Learning interest is an important factor that can affect students’ academic achievement, where strong interest will drive learning success, while low interest can lead to less than optimal achievement. Internal and external factors, such as motivation, social support, and learning environment, play a role in shaping students’ learning interest. Therefore, strategies that support diverse learning styles, provide feedback, and encourage students’ creativity and responsibility are essential to increasing learning interest, which in turn contributes to their educational success and preparation for future challenges.
