Science education is a branch of science that discusses natural phenomena based on scientific evidence, with the aim that students are able to understand concepts and apply them in everyday life. However, in practice in elementary schools, especially in the material on the structure of the earth's layers, various obstacles are still found such as limited use of media and the dominance of lecture methods, which cause less interactive learning and low student learning outcomes. This study aims to develop Magic Box SULAMI learning media based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) to improve the science learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students. The study used the ADDIE development model. The validation results showed that this media was very valid, with a score of A94% from media experts and 88% from material experts. The practicality of the media was considered very effective by 92% of teachers and 94% of students. The effectiveness of the media was also proven by an increase in the completeness of student learning outcomes by 91%. Thus, the Magic Box SULAMI media based on PBL has been proven to significantly improve the quality of science learning.
