PROFIL PEMAHAMAN SISWA KELAS V SDN SUKOIBER 1 PADA MATERI SISTEM PERNAFASAN MANUSIA

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble morals, and the skills they need. To achieve maximum learning goals, teachers must be able to carry out their duties and functions well. Teachers must be able to create quality, creative and enjoyable learning for students. The aim of this research was to determine the understanding profile of class V students at SDN Sukoiber 1 regarding the human respiratory system. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection methods used were questionnaires, interviews and document studies. This research was conducted at SD Sukoiber 1 by distributing questionnaires to 23 class V students and conducting interviews with class V teachers. The results of the research showed that 31% of students had difficulty understanding the material on the human respiratory system, students had seen special tools or media related  to the material. digestive organs 20%, students' understanding of 70% of the digestive organs material is still lacking. The conclusion of this research is that students' understanding of the respiratory system material is still lacking and innovation is needed in the learning process, one of which is the use of learning media.
