This study aims to the influence of personal factors and family environment on career planning of high school students. The study used a quantitative approach with correlation techniques and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that personal factors represented by self-efficacy and family environmental factors represented by parents' economic conditions have a significant influence on career planning. The correlation coefficient (R) value of 0.716 indicates a strong relationship between the two independent variables and career planning. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.513 and adjusted R² of 0.500 indicate that personal factors and family environment are able to explain 51.3% of the variation in career planning, while the remaining 48.7% is influenced by other factors. This study concludes that high self-efficacy and good family support are an important combination in forming a mature career plan for students.
