Kompetensi Guru BK Multikultural Perbatasan Dalam Mitigasi Learning Loss

Abstract

One of the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic that is still ongoing today is that schools are still running the Learning From Home (BDR) system based on government policies. In its implementation, BDR does not run effectively, because it causes other effects, namely the occurrence of Learning Loss experienced by students at school. Counseling teachers in schools are required to assist students in providing good service so that Learning Loss does not affect student learning outcomes. This article uses a qualitative method with content analysis techniques. The data of this study is an indicator of the multicultural competence of counselors. The results will show the multicultural competencies needed by counselors in dealing with Learning Loss in schools.
