Mengungkap Potensi Senyawa pada Daun Jarak Pagar (Jatropha curcas L.) sebagai Antivirus Secara In Silico

Jatropha curcas L. is a medicinal plant widely used in traditional medicine. The leaves of J. curcas contain bioactive compounds that are potential antiviral agents. This study aims to identify and analyze the potential antiviral compounds present in J. curcas leaves. A descriptive exploratory method was employed using online databases PubChem and Way2Drug. The exploratory analysis revealed several bioactive compounds with significant antiviral activity, including Phytol, Linalool, and E-Geranylacetone, which exhibited high probability of activity (PA) values. These findings indicate that J. curcas leaves possess promising potential as a natural source of antiviral agents.
