Abstract

Career adaptability is a psychosocial construct that shows the source of a person's needs to successfully manage and anticipate current career transitions. The aim of this systematic literature review is to find out interventions that can increase career adaptability in generation Z. The method used is a systematic literature review.  Research articles were obtained from four databases; Taylor and Francis, Springer, Wiley, and Science Direct. The subjects in this research were generation Z or individuals with an age range of 12-29 years. Based on the results of 162,635 research articles, nine articles were reviewed that met all the inclusion criteria and objectives of this literature review. The results of this study are several interventions that can increase career adaptability in generation Z, including: Motivational Interview, My Career Story, Child and Adolescent Career Construction Interview (CACCI), Career Adaptability Psycho-Educational Program (CAPEP), Satir Growth Model-based career intervention, career guidance training, and career planning counseling.
