Commercial Sex Workers (CSWs) often face various psychological pressures, including social stigma, discrimination, violence, and trauma that affect their mental well-being. Cybercounseling, as one of the innovations in technology-based counseling services, has great potential to improve the psychological well-being of CSWs through more flexible, anonymous, and sensitive access to their needs. This article discusses the concept and urgency of cybercounseling as a solution to support the mental health of CSWs. Using a systematic literature review method, this article explores the advantages, challenges, and applications of cybercounseling in the context of CSW mental health. The findings indicate that cybercounseling can be an effective alternative in providing counseling services, especially in overcoming the social and structural barriers faced by CSWs. The integration of technology with an empathetic and client-centered approach is the key to the success of this method.
