Analisis dan Desain Sistem Diagnosa Dini Penyakit Tuberculosis Studi Kasus: Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Raha, Kabupaten Muna, Sulawesi Tenggara

Tuberkulosis merupakan penyakit menular kronis yang masih menjadi permasalahan kesehatan masyarakat, terutama di daerah dengan keterbatasan tenaga medis spesialis. Proses diagnosis dini sering kali terkendala oleh keterbatasan sumber daya, waktu tunggu pasien, serta ketidakpastian dalam penilaian gejala klinis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merancang sistem pakar diagnosis dini tuberkulosis berbasis komputer dengan mengintegrasikan metode forward chaining dan fuzzy logic. Pendekatan forward chaining digunakan untuk memodelkan proses penalaran medis secara runut berdasarkan fakta gejala, sedangkan fuzzy logic diterapkan untuk merepresentasikan ketidakpastian dan tingkat keparahan gejala yang bersifat linguistik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan basis pengetahuan, pemodelan aturan inferensi, serta perancangan arsitektur dan antarmuka sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Hasil penelitian ini berupa rancangan konseptual sistem pakar yang mencakup struktur data gejala dan penyakit, aturan inferensi, mekanisme penalaran, serta alur interaksi pengguna dan pakar. Rancangan sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan sistem diagnosa dini untuk membantu skrining awal tuberkulosis secara sistematis dan terstruktur, khususnya pada fasilitas layanan kesehatan dengan keterbatasan tenaga ahli.
