This research is motivated by the results of observations and experiences of researchers on low student mathematics learning outcomes due to the non-implementation of learning models and the absence of media in the learning process. This can be seen from the results of students' mathematics learning decreased and low. This study aims to describe the application and benefits of the problem-based learning model with the help of Microsoft Sway on flat shapes in improving the learning outcomes of fourth grade elementary school students. This type of research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and student test results. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that there is an increase in the pretest and posttest scores by fourth grade students at SD Negeri Bagor. In addition, students can more easily understand the material presented by the teacher. In implementing the teacher experienced obstacles including low technological capabilities and limited time. So it can be concluded that the use of problem-based learning models with the help of Microsoft Sway is effective in improving student test results.
