Rancangan Sistem Penunjang Keputusan Reputasi Agen dan Diskon Agen Menggunakan Metode TOPSIS

Penentuan reputasi dan diskon pada aplikasi GPAJA saat ini belum didukung oleh sistem penunjang keputusan, sehingga pemilik GPAJA ingin menambahkan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk meningkatkan keuntungan yang diperoleh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatasi kekurangan pada aplikasi GPAJA, di mana tidak ada pemilihan reputasi dan diskon pada agen untuk menangani masalah. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode TOPSIS diperlukan. Hasil perhitungan reputasi yang diperoleh dari penggunaan metode TOPSIS adalah agen Digiflazz mendapatkan skor TOPSIS sebesar 6.2862620, dengan bobot kriteria total penjualan sebesar 5, total transaksi sukses sebesar 3, total transaksi gagal sebesar 4, dan total kecepatan penjualan sebesar 2. Sebagai hasilnya, agen Digiflazz mendapatkan reputasi gold. Selanjutnya, hasil perhitungan pemilihan diskon dengan menggunakan metode TOPSIS adalah Safyra mendapatkan nilai TOPSIS sebesar 13.349058, dengan bobot kriteria jenis produk pulsa sebesar 2, tingkat reputasi sebesar 5, dan total penjualan produk pulsa sebesar 2.
