Abstract

Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD) di Universitas Nusantara PGRI (UNP) Kediri berfungsi untuk menunjang proses akademik dalam rangka meraih tujuan yang telah ditetapkan dalam visi misi UNP Kediri. UNP Kediri perlu mengetahui bahwa investasi dari layanan dan aset SIAKAD telah memberikan kontribusi terhadap universitas. Pengelolaan manfaat yang didapatkan, pemakaian sumber daya yang optimal, dan transparansi hubungan antara stakeholder dengan bagian teknologi informasi di UNP Kediri harus dievaluasi agar teknologi informasi dapat memberikan nilai sesuai target yang ingin dicapai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Balanced Scorecard dan COBIT 5 domain EDM02, EDM05, APO05. Hasil dari penilaian Capability Level EDM02, EDM05, APO05 berada pada level 1 Performed Process. Sedangkan level yang diinginkan berada pada level 2 Manage Process sehingga mempunyai kesenjangan sebesar 1. Ada banyak aktivitas dan dokumen yang perlu dikelola lebih baik lagi agar mencapai level yang diinginkan.
