IMPLEMENTASI AHP DALAM MEMBANTU PENENTUAN KOST

keberadaan kost disekitar tempat fasilitas publik sangat diharapkan dan menguntungkan bagi pendatang disuatu daerah. Selain berdekatan dengan fasilitas publik penentuan tempat kost juga di pengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya : lokasi, fasilitas, sistem kontrak dan harga sewa. Faktor lokasi dimaksudkan untuk menentukan dekat ataupun jauhnya lokasi tempat kost dengan kampus mahasiswa. Faktor fasilitas yang dimaksud untuk menentukan fasilitas yang disediakan ditempat kost. Faktor sistem kontrak untuk menetukan sistem pembayaran yang harus dibayar oleh mahasiswa. Faktor harga sewa merupakan tarif yang dikenakan oleh pemilik kost pada mahasiswa yang kost ditempatnya. AHP adalah sebuah hirarki fungsional dengan input utamanya persepsi manusia. Dengan hirarki, suatu masalah kompleks dan tidak terstruktur dipecahkan ke dalam kelompok-kelompok tersebut diatur menjadi suatu bentuk hirarki. Simpulan dari penelitian adalah mendapatkan tempat kost beserta fasilitasnya yang dekat dengan kampus UN PGRI KEDIRI dengan hasil dari sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process).
