Pemilihan Supplier Elektrikal Dengan Metode Analytical Hieararchy Process Pada PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, sebagai salah satu perusahaan besar di sektor pakan ternak, sangat bergantung pada pemasok untuk mendukung kelancaran dan kualitas produksi. Pemilihan pemasok yang tepat menjadi tantangan karena seringkali dilakukan secara subyektif. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam pemilihan pemasok elektrikal terbaik berdasarkan tiga kriteria utama: harga, waktu pengiriman, dan cara pembayaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT MAS adalah pemasok dengan nilai prioritas tertinggi (0,77), diikuti oleh PT Poly (0,43) dan CV Prima (0,42). Metode AHP terbukti efektif dalam menganalisis dan memprioritaskan alternatif pemasok secara objektif, sehingga mendukung kelancaran operasional perusahaan. Penelitian ini menyarankan pengembangan lebih lanjut dengan menambahkan kriteria lain, seperti reputasi pemasok dan keberlanjutan, untuk hasil yang lebih komprehensif.
