Abstract

Digital branding plays a vital role in marketing strategies. However, this is not always
easy for MSMEs to do. Therefore, the purpose of this service is to utilize digital media as a marketing
strategy and brand a business in Aroemi Laundry MSMEs. In this digital era, marketing through digital
media is the key for MSMEs to increase market reach and competitiveness. Digital media has become
mandatory in their daily lives. MSMEs can increase the use of digital media to expand their audience, build
brands, and execute more effective marketing strategies. However, Aroemi Laundry MSMEs have not fully
utilized digital media effectively, so a more optimal strategy is needed. The methods used in this service
include observation/analysis of the situation where the problem with the logo comes from the internet and
contains other products and Aroemi Laundry MSMEs can produce detergent independently, then
provide assistance in making new logos (rebranding) and facilitating product sales through e-commerce
The results of this service show that with the implementation of the right digital strategy, Aroemi Laundry
MSMEs experience ease in selling products and increasing brand awareness through more
professional branding and logo design. Thus, this service emphasizes that using digital media can effectively increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era.
