RANCANG BANGUN INSTRUMENTASI MESIN UJI TARIK KAPASITAS 5 TON

Penelitian ini mengulas tentang desain dan implementasi sistem instrumentasi pada mesin uji tarikdengan kapasitas 5 ton. Tahapan yang dilakukanmencakup perancangan sensor pengukur gaya dan perubahan panjang, pembuatan sistem pengendali, hinggaproses pemasangan dan pengkalibrasian. Uji cobadilakukan dengan menggunakan baja karbon sebagaisampel untuk menilai performa sistem. Berdasarkan hasilpengujian, sistem ini mampu mencatat data gaya sertaregangan dengan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi, sertamenghasilkan kurva tegangan-regangan yang sahih. Dengan demikian, sistem ini layak digunakan dalampengujian material baik untuk keperluan riset maupunaplikasi industri.
