Rancang Bangun Mesin Uji Tarik Kapasitas 5 Ton

Rancang bangun mesin uji tarik kapasitas 5 ton menggunakan motor listrik, mesin uji tarik tipe mekanik elektrik adalah mesin yang dirancang untuk menunjukkan kekuatan dan sifat elastisitas material dengan sistem penggerak motor listrik 2800 rpm. Perancangan mesin uji tarik kapasitas 5 ton ini membangun seperti alat yang telah ada, dengan dimensi p= 800 mm, l= 400 mm, t= 1400 mm. rangka menggunakan besi wf 100 dengan tebal plat 8 mm. Pada rancang bangun mesin uji tarik kapasitas 5 ton terdapat langkah-langkah yaitu studi literatur, desain perancangan, alat dan bahan, perakitan dan pembuatan alat, pengujian alat, validasi alat dan pembuatan laporan. Spesimen yang digunakan untuk pengujian tarik menggunakan spesimen baja st 40 dan baja st 60.
