Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi menuntut SMK  PGRI 1 Kediri menghasilkan lulusan yang kompeten dan berminat tinggi di bidang Teknik Informatika. Namun, tidak semua siswa menunjukkan performa dan minat yang sama. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengelompokkan siswa kelas XI jurusan TKJ berdasarkan nilai praktik dan minat karir menggunakan metode K-Means Clustering. Data dianalisis melalui normalisasi dan Elbow Method, yang menunjukkan jumlah cluster optimal adalah dua yaitu siswa berprestasi dan siswa yang memerlukan pendampingan. Penelitian  ini menunjukkan bahwa K-Means efektif dalam segmentasi siswa untuk mendukung strategi pembelajaran dan perencanaan karir yang lebih tepat sasaran.
