Perancangan dan Analisis Kekuatan Rangka Mesin Perajang Keripik mbote Semi Otomatis Kapasitas 1 Kg/Menit

Pelaku UMKM di Desa Sepawon, Kabupaten Kediri, masih menggunakan metode manual dalam produksi keripik mbote, yang berdampak pada rendahnya produktivitas dan kualitas produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan menganalisis kekuatan rangka mesin perajang keripik mbote semi otomatis berkapasitas 1 kg/menit sebagai solusi teknologi tepat guna. Metode yang digunakan meliputi perancangan dengan CAD dan analisis kekuatan rangka menggunakan perangkat lunak Solidworks. Material yang digunakan adalah baja St 37 setara AISI 1045. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan tegangan maksimum 28,8 MPa, pergeseran maksimum 0,147 mm, dan faktor keamanan minimum 18,372, jauh di bawah batas yield strength 530 MPa. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa rangka mesin aman, kuat, dan layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi UMKM.
