Implementasi Fuzzy Logic pada Prototip Filter Asap Produksi Briket Terintegrasi Internet of Things

Proses pembuatan briket menimbulkan berbagai masalah bagi warga sekitar tempat produksi yaitu asap yang berpotensi menimbulkan penyakit ISPA (Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan) dari debu yang terhirup. Dari jelaga yang jatuh juga membuat rumah warga akan sering kotor. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut telah dikembangkan prototip guna meminimalisir asap produksi arang batok kelapa dengan metode electrostatic precipitator. Namun prototip tersebut mengalami penurunan performansi jika suhu gas buang tinggi. Sehingga pada penelitian ini menerapkan fuzzy logic untuk menyesuaikan kecepatan kipas yang mengeluarkan gas buang dari dalam prototip. Fuzzy logic yang diterapkan dapat berfungsi sebagai sistem kendali kecepatan kipas dengan sistem kendali tertutup. Hasil pengujian jaringan internet menunjukkan bahwa nilai latency memiliki rentang 280 - 575 ms. Sedangkan pada pengujian throughput memiliki nilai rata-rata yaitu 277942.85 bps atau 277.94 kbps. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan prototip filter asap ini memiliki keandalan yang cukup baik.
