Abstract

RSUD dr. Soedono Madiun menjadi rumah sakit rujukan daerah dengan penerapan sistem rujukan regional di Jawa Timur yang menjangkau lingkup tugas Badan Perwakilan Wilayah I (Baperwil)  di Madiun.  RSUD dr. Soedono Madiun melayani berbagai kondisi kesehatan terutama mata, namun tingginya jumlah pasien dan terbatasnya jam buka poli mata menyebabkan antrian panjang dan diagnosa yang lambat. Sistem pakar berbasis teknologi informasi dibuat bertujuan supaya dapat membantu mendiagnosa penyakit mata dengan cepat dan mampu memberikan penanganan awal sebelum konsultasi dengan profesional medis. Gejala penyakit mata diklasifikasikam menggunakan agoritma machine learning, sehingga dapat meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan efisiensi pelayanan. Hasil pengujian dalam penelitian ini dari 124 data rekam medis mendapatkan nilai akurasi 78.95% dengan menggunakan metode naive bayes.
