Abstract

Mesin pemarut kelapa portable ini menggunakan motor listrik sebagai penggeraknya kemudian diteruskan ke proses langsung ke pisau pemarut kelapa untuk memarut kelapa. Kelapa yang diparut akan jatuh ke bawah dan jatuh ke wadah yang disediakan.Mesin pemarut kelapa portabel ini dapat menghasilkan hasil yang lembut dan bagus dibandingkan dengan parutan manual atau manusia. Setelah dilakukan uji coba dengan mesin tersebut. hasilnya lebih efisien disbanding dengan pemarutan manual. Motor yang dipakai pada mesin pemarut kelapa portable yaitu menggunakan motor daya ¼ HP.
